We love what we do, and it shows!

As a fourth-generation construction professional, I know construction, and even more so, I love construction.  My father had me on construction sites before I was legal to work; I have done all aspects of physical construction starting with surveying, forming slabs, tying steel, forming and pouring elevator shafts, sheathing of roofs, interior framing build out and up to high end interior finishes with white glove treatment.  

For many years, I traveled across America calling upon the executives of the leading hotel development companies as a hotel renovator utilizing high performance, permeable, textured coatings to solve the constant issues with mold & mildew as it relates to sick building syndrome and poor indoor air quality.  In 2000, I became an independent manufacturer's representative for several national manufacturers of high-end construction materials and had to learn multiple different building materials at one time and how they interface with one another to form a successful project.  In 2009 during the recession, I formed my own decorative remodeling company servicing the luxury residential and commercial markets of Sarasota and the barriers islands. With extensive knowledge of the construction industry, a love of people and building relationships along life's path, I have excellent oral and written capabilities that help instill confidence and add value to every project. I am aggressive, honest and the hardest working team player on the field.  First to show up and last to leave just as my father taught me; people wonder how/why mistakes happen when they don't know more about the job at hand than the subcontractors doing the work.  

Other than love of my work, my loves are my parents, my siblings, my beautiful wife and my three daughters, and of course, our golden doodle, Luna!
